The Role:
The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for driving event and group sales at both Lakeside and Watford venues. Responsibilities include but are not limited to driving Group Sales events revenue for the company, maximising Spend Per Head, managing, retaining and growing Promotor and Partner relationships as well as reporting monthly and quarterly KPIs. The Senior Sales Manager must display the ability to uphold Puttshack standards and procedures, maximise financial performance, and build relationships within the venue based operational teams and in the local community to help grow the Puttshack brand.
Location: Puttshack HQ (Bank) with travel to Puttshack Lakeside & Watford
Working Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work
Pay Range: DOE (basic) + commission
Reports to: Marketing & Sales Director
