Type: Full-Time (45 hours per week, inclusive of 1-hour breaks per day)
Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum

Job Purpose:
The Learning and Talent Acquisition Advisor plays a key role in driving external hiring and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience from hiring through to onboarding.
This position manages the end-to-end recruitment process, oversees onboarding plans through the ATS, and ensures the continuous maintenance and delivery of learning and development initiatives that strengthen capability, support progression, and align with the company’s talent development framework.
This multi-skilled role would suit an experienced HR professional with a strong background in both talent acquisition and learning and development, who is passionate about attracting, developing, and retaining great people.
