About the Role

We’re looking for a Bar Manager to lead our team and deliver an outstanding guest experience. You’ll be responsible for driving service standards, supporting your team, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in the Bar.

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, fun environment where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate a team of Bartenders and Barbacks
• Deliver excellent guest experiences and resolve issues confidently
• Drive sales performance, including food & beverage
• Monitor guest feedback and improve service standards
• Ensure all operational, brand, and safety standards are met
• Manage rotas in line with business needs and labour budgets
• Support recruitment, training, and development of team members
• Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ year experience in a hospitality leadership or supervisory role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Passion for delivering great customer service
• Organised, proactive, and able to work under pressure
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
