The Role:
Puttshack is looking to attract a diverse team of fun hospitality associates who care deeply about creating an elevated, one-of-a-kind guest experience.
The Sales Manager reports to the General Manager and is responsible for driving exceptional event and group sales performance at the venue. Responsibilities include but are not limited to managing and reporting monthly and quarterly Key Performance Indicators (KPI's), maximising Spend Per Head (SPH) and exceeding established event and group revenue goals. The Sales Manager must display the ability to uphold Puttshack standards and procedures, maximise financial performance, and build relationships within the venue based operational teams and in the local community to help grow the Puttshack brand.
Location: In venue (White City)
Working Hours: 45 hours per week (including 1 hour break per shift), shifts between Monday to Saturday
Reports to: General Manager with indirect reporting to Marketing & Sales Director
