A bit about what you will be doing:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Pastry Sous Chef to join our culinary team.
In this integral role, you will work closely with our Executive Chef to craft and execute an exquisite array of pastries, chocolates, and desserts.
Your responsibilities will include preparing and plating delectable creations, guiding junior pastry staff, ensuring the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate should possess a passion for pastry arts, a keen eye for detail, and a solid understanding of food safety practices.
