The Role: Events Coordinator

The Restaurant: Quaglinos

The Location: St James

The Salary: Up to £14.94 per hour

Must be immediately available. This is a two month fixed contract

Quaglino’s has been the star of St. James’s since it opened all the way back in 1929. With an impressive menu of European classics, as well as an extensive drinks list and famous cocktails, Quaglino’s also host live music and DJs on the grand stage until late. Synonymous with style and glamour, Quaglino’s also boasts two ornate private dining rooms.


We are looking for an experienced and skilled Events Coordinator to join the team. You will contribute to the delivery of the D&D London sales strategy and must have excellent communication and rapport-building skills.

• Responsible for coordinating core business enquiries from the top corporate clients and other events initiatives
• Coordinate and maximise private dining, exclusive hires and group bookings, cross selling and up selling as appropriate
• Develop and maintain the agent, corporate, corporate travel and event organiser databases
• Responsible for updating the document library, templates and collateral in order to maximise conversion of private dining, group booking events and exclusive hires
• Support the Events team with corporate research, report building and data finding
• Attend and work on events at the restaurants and venues as requested
• General administration support as required
