What You’ll Do
The Queen Adelaide is a busy, food-focused pub in the heart of Wandsworth, known for our warm hospitality and top-quality seasonal dishes. We’re looking for a Senior Chef de Partie to join our experienced kitchen team — someone confident, passionate about fresh ingredients, and reliable under pressure.
What You’ll Do

Run your section during prep and service with confidence and consistency

Cook fresh, seasonal food to spec and high standards

Support junior chefs and help train new team members

Keep your section organised, clean, and compliant with all hygiene regulations

Experience as a CDP or Senior CDP in a quality fresh-food kitchen

Strong prep and service skills

A calm, professional attitude during busy services

Genuine interest in seasonal food and kitchen craft
