We are looking for a brilliant Assistant General Manager to join Harts Group as part of our exceptional team at Quo Vadis in London.

Harts Group is a community of talented individuals, creating award-winning food and drink and offering industry-leading service.

Quo Vadis is a historic restaurant and private members club in London with a colourful past and a timeless allure. Formerly a home to Karl Marx, Quo Vadis is something of a Soho institution, attracting an eclectic crowd who are drawn to the good things in life. The critically acclaimed restaurants serve seasonal, modern British cuisine, with a monthly menu conjured up by renowned Chef Proprietor, Jeremy Lee, and his team.

The Assistant General Manager role:

·           Experience managing a quality lead, multi-departmental restaurant, or members club in London

·           Deputise for the General Manager, inspiring and motivating reception, events, club lounge and restaurant teams

·           Oversee daily activities of teams with a hands-on, supportive approach with excellent communication and organisation

·           Working with the kitchen team to ensure all have excellent knowledge of our menus and ingredients

·           Working with kitchen, events, and restaurant teams to deliver seamless and enjoyable events for teams, members, and guests

·           Maintain high service standards and exceed guest expectations

·           Ensure all areas of Quo Vadis are impeccably presented and maintained

·           Good understanding of wastage, stock management, costings, and GP

·           Be the face of the brand known for its warm welcome, conviviality and hospitality

·           Strong team ethic, developing, nurturing, and inspiring your own team
