Sous Chef | Quo Vadis Restaurant and Members Club | London

 

We are looking for a brilliant Sous Chef to join Harts Group as part of our exceptional culinary team at Quo Vadis in the heart of Soho, London.

The Sous Chef role:

  • One year experience at a similar role at a high-quality restaurant kitchen
  • Contribute to menu development and commitment to team training and development
  • Manage all sections and pass confidently
  • Strong communication & team motivator
  • Good understanding of ordering & wastage, stock management, Chef rotas, costings and GP
  • Understanding of flavours balance, a passion for food and your own development is a must
  • Excellent knowledge of our menus, ingredients, allergens and adherence to all Food Safety and hygiene standards
  • Strong team ethic, always showing respect for your colleagues
