We are looking for a talented and brilliant Bartender to join us as part of our exceptional team at Quo Vadis Restaurant and Members Club in Soho, London

Quo Vadis is a historic Restaurant and Private Members Club in London with a colourful past and a timeless allure. Formerly a home to Karl Marx, Quo Vadis is something of a Soho institution, attracting an eclectic crowd who are drawn to the good things in life. The critically acclaimed restaurants serve seasonal, Modern British Cuisine, with a monthly menu conjured up by renowned Chef Proprietor, Jeremy Lee and his culinary team

The Bartender role:

• Experience as a Bartender in a quality restaurant, bar or nightclub in London
• Good knowledge and experience making classic cocktails
• Adherence to all Food Safety and hygiene standards
• Be the face of the brand known for its warm welcome, conviviality and hospitality
• Enhance guest experience by nurturing relationships and celebrating our loyal members
• As part of our sustainability effort, respect recycling, energy, and other initiatives throughout the business
• Strong command of English language
• Strong team ethic showing respect for your colleagues
• Maintain brand standards by checking the quality and consistency
• Be proud to give everyone a memorable experience
