We are looking for an experienced, produce obsessed Sous Chef to join one of London's most iconic venues and kitchens. Working with the super talent Exec and Head Chef you will be responsible for delivering classic British dishes at their finest, using only the most beautiful seasonal ingredients.

Quo Vadis is a historic Soho restaurant and members’ club with a colourful past and a timeless allure. Formerly a brothel and a home to Karl Marx, the Great Dame of Dean Street continues to draw an eclectic and epicurean crowd, attracted to the good things in life. The restaurants serve seasonal, regional British fare, with a menu conjured up monthly by Jeremy Lee and his team. An exuberant private members’ club, with two bars and its own restaurant, meets every requirement from dusk until dawn. Quo Vadis also boasts two handsome private dining rooms, both beautifully appointed and very well attended to. Led by restaurateurs Sam and James Hart and Crispin Somerville, Harts Group is the London-based restaurant group behind Barrafina, Quo Vadis, El Pastor and The Drop wine bar. Sam and Eddie Hart, who together founded Barrafina and took over Quo Vadis, were named Best Restaurateurs in the GQ Food and Drink Awards 2017 and Restaurateur of the Year – Independent in 2016.
