Head Chef Quo Vadis
Our infamous members club is commencing the search for our next superstar Head Chef. This role will support our Chef Patron Jeremy Lee in the continued success of the Quo Vadis restaurant and events. The Head Chef will be a natural leader who motivates, inspires and develops the kitchen team ensuring food quality and team culture is kept at the forefront of everything we do.

About You:
• Must be able to recruit, train and lead a team of experienced chefs
• Must have excellent written and spoken English
• Must be competent in food safety, health and hygiene
• Minimum two years as Head Chef or Sous Chef in a fresh food, high end restaurant setting
• Event experience is preferable but not essential
• European cooking experience is preferred
