Key Responsibilities of Senior Meetings & Events Sales Coordinator;

• Handling enquiries for meetings, events and business groups and converting them into sales;
• Preparing offers & contracts for meeting, event and business group enquiries;
• Pre and post communication for events including the A-Z coordination of events;
• Executing site visits for potential clients;
• Managing (lastminute) changes in meeting, event and group bookings;
• Informing the involved departments about the agreements and the details by preparing function sheets and attending weekly sheet meetings;
• If desired and/or necessary, be present at the event to support the operational department and welcome the contact person;
• After sales and keeping in close contact with clients after an event or meeting
• Together with the M&E Sales Manager, solving problems, handling complaints and implementing ideas/suggestion for improvement of the department;
