Description
Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development
  • Proactively solicit catering business for weddings, social events, conferences, meetings, and corporate events.

  • Achieve assigned catering sales targets and contribute to overall hotel revenue goals.

  • Conduct client meetings, site inspections, and hotel show rounds for potential clients.

  • Prepare and negotiate catering proposals, contracts, and event orders (BEOs).

Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, wedding planners, and travel partners.

  • Ensure repeat business through excellent service delivery and post-event follow-ups.

  • Handle client inquiries, customize menus and event setups as per client requirements.

Event Coordination
  • Coordinate with Banquets, Kitchen, Front Office, Housekeeping, and Finance for seamless event execution.

  • Ensure accurate communication of event details to operational teams.

  • Monitor event execution to ensure service quality and client satisfaction.

Revenue & Forecasting
  • Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and daily sales reports.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

  • Assist in budgeting, revenue planning, and yield management for catering business.

Administration & Compliance
  • Ensure timely collection of advances and payments in coordination with Finance.

  • Maintain compliance with hotel SOPs, safety standards, and brand guidelines.

  • Update CRM systems with client data, contracts, and event histories.
