About the On-Call Receptionist Role

Key Responsibilities of the Receptionist:
- Our Front Office Host love the hustle and bustle of life! It’s not just about check-in and check-out. It’s about everything in-between
- You will be our guests’ superhero ensuring all aspects of the guest journey and experience are delivered to the highest level
- You will exude patience, empathy and have the personality to host the show
- As an integral part of the team, you will work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth running of the front office department
Requirements of the Receptionist:
- Experience in front office beneficial but not essential
- Hands-on approach with a can-do work style
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry
- Ability to find creative solutions taking ownership for duties and tasks assigned
- Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence
- Experience of working with IT systems on various platforms
- Strong communication skills

At the RRadisson Blu Hotel & Conference Center, Oslo Alna our Restaurant Betula serves delicious dishes of traditional Norwegian specialties mixed with international flavors, while Birk Bar is the ideal spot to grab a beer and catch the latest sporting event, or just enjoy a refreshing cocktail with friends. Guests can maintain their fitness routine and get in an exercise at our fully equipped fitness room. Our conference facilities include a selection of spacious facilities, including a ballroom suitable for conferences and automotive events, and 21 flexible conference rooms for board meetings and breakout sessions.
