We're currently hiring for seasonal casual positions across
multiple departments:
1. Front Office Receptionists
Become the welcoming face of our hotel! As a Front Office
Receptionist, you'll ensure seamless guest experiences from check-in to
check-out.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional guest service, handling inquiries
and requests with a "Yes I Can!" attitude.
- Manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
efficiently.
- Handle phone calls and email correspondence
professionally.
- Maintain accurate guest records and handle payments.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team
environment.
Requirements:
- A proactive, "can-do" approach to work.
- Commitment to delivering outstanding guest service.
- Ability to find creative solutions and handle
challenges effectively.
- Proficiency in using IT systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in at least one
Scandinavian language and English.
2. Chefs (Kitchen Team)
Join our culinary team and create exceptional dining experiences
for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals for lunch, dinner, and special
events.
- Follow recipes and instructions from the Executive Chef
and Sous Chef.
- Participate in menu planning and execution.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
(HACCP).
- Contribute to a positive and efficient kitchen
environment.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar culinary role is advantageous,
but not mandatory.
- A practical, "can-do" approach to work.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a
good work environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding
environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Fluency in a Scandinavian language and/or English.
3. Waiters/Bartenders (Food & Beverage Service Team)
Deliver exceptional service and create memorable dining
experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Waiter:
- Serve food and
beverages efficiently and courteously.
- Provide menu
recommendations and upsell opportunities.
- Ensure guest
satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
- Bartender:
- Prepare and serve a
wide range of beverages, including cocktails.
- Maintain a clean and
organized bar area.
- Manage bar inventory
and stock levels.
- Engage with guests in a
friendly and professional manner.
- General:
- Work as part of a team
that maximizes guest satisfaction and comfort.
- Demonstrate flexibility
in changing roles between bartender and waiter, adapting to the needs of
the service and the team.
Requirements:
- Experience in food & beverage service is beneficial
but not required.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a
"can-do" work ethic.
- Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional
service.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing
situations.
- Strong communication skills.
- Fluency in a Scandinavian language and/or English.
Important Notes for All Positions:
- This is a seasonal casual position with a flexible
schedule, requiring availability on public holidays such as the 17th of
May and the ability to work on short notice. We are looking for people who
can adapt to changing schedules and are committed to providing excellent
service during peak times and special events.
