We are recruiting for an outgoing, passionate and creative Restaurant and Bars General Manager for an exciting opportunity to manage two diverse restaurant concepts, in a beautiful and recently renovated space.

 

Eneko Basque Restaurant brings the taste of the Basque Country to Brussels. Located in the heart of an impressive atrium, Eneko Basque honours the cuisine of internationally renowned chef Eneko Atxa. Shanghai Kitchen, the second outlet sophistically intertwines the Western and Asian worlds achieving a unique fusion experience for our guests. This restaurant opens February 2022.

  • Experience managing diverse and unique restaurant concepts in Belgium
  • Passion for the brands, the ability to motivate and inspire the team
  • Data driven and commercial awareness
  • An Entrepreneurial Spirit, one that’s bold and has the courage to tackle difficult situations
  • A role model with humility and emotional intelligence
  • Technical knowledge to share and with the ability to self-drive and develop
  • Effective delegation & empowering your team to drive the business forward
  • Fluent in French, Spanish and English
  • Willing to be based in Brussels, Belgium
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant & bar management
