As a Meetings & Events Business Solutions Specialist (m/f/d), you’ll play a vital role in empowering our MICE teams across our Leased, Managed and Franchise Hotels by providing expert support on our Meetings & Events (M&E) systems and tools.

This is an exciting opportunity to drive efficiency, enhance user experience, and support data-driven decision-making across our global hotel portfolio.

Whilst the preferred location is Frankfurt, other locations will be considered.

As the Meetings & Events Business Solutions Specialist (m/f/d) you will:

• Be the go-to expert for EMMA and all other M&E tools, ensuring hotels maximize their potential.
• Deliver engaging training sessions (both virtual and in-person) for new and existing M&E system users.
• Monitor system data entry across hotel teams, providing guidance and training to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Support franchise hotels in optimizing system use and managing configuration requests.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop training materials and drive system enhancements.
• Troubleshoot and escalate system issues, ensuring timely resolutions.
• Assist in system rollouts and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for new tools and projects impacting M&E.
• Provide insights and analysis to improve efficiency and user experience across M&E systems.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in Meetings & Events operations within a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Strong technical skills, with experience using Sales & Catering systems (e.g., SAP, TMS for Hotels/Meetings, Opera).
• Ability to train and support teams with varying levels of technical expertise.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate across different cultures and functions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a high level of attention to detail.
• A self-starter with great organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of industry trends in M&E technology.
