The Rainbow Room, the quintessential New York venue, has been the site of some of the city's most celebrated events since first opening in 1934. What is required.....

**OPEN AVAILABILITY INCLUDING EARLY MORNINGS, LATE NIGHTS, WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS**

-Responsible for sanitation and cleanliness
-Responsible for mopping and sweeping floors, and keeping their work area clean and organized
-Responsible for cleaning and buffing all mirrors and doors
-Responsible for keeping all surfaces such as window frames dust-free
-Responsible for emptying trash cans and keeping the loading dock is clean.
-Responsible for regularly inspecting all bathrooms for cleanliness, restocking with hand soap, toilet paper, tissues and seat covers

What it takes....
-Prior experience in a high volume, fine dining establishment is preferred
-Excellent verbal communication skills
-Must be able to speak and understand the primary language used in the workplace

Other things to consider....
-A significant portion of the work day requires walking and standing for extended periods of time.
-Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis.
-Must be able to exert well-paced ability in limited space.
-Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch
