Your Role. . ..
The Lounge Server at The Rainbow is responsible for providing prompt, courteous service to all guests.

What's required. . ..
-Take orders for and serve all food and beverage requests
-Knowledge of the appropriate table settings and service ware
-Ensure station and table set-ups are complete and perform various side duties as assigned
-Experience in suggestive selling techniques
-Knowledge of spirits, wines and cocktails
-Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas

What it takes. . ..
-Required 3 years cocktail server/server experience in fine dining and/or upscale lounge, as well as food serving experience.
-Passionate about providing an excellent guest service experience
-Work to understand, meet and exceed guests expectations
-Exude in a team environment
-Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
-Possess computer skills
-Must have availability to work at least 3 shifts, Monday-Friday during the evening.
-Must be willing to work as necessary in changing climate conditions
-Maintain a positive attitude in the work environment

-A significant portion of the work day requires walking/standing
-Must be able to exert well-paced ability in limited space
-Must able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch
-Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs
