Head Chef - Randalls
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Head Chef to lead one of our busy kitchens.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take creative control of a dynamic kitchen, delivering bold, seasonal menus in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. You’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations — from menu design and team leadership to quality control and cost management.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire the kitchen team to deliver consistently high standards of food and service
Create and develop seasonal menus that showcase creativity, current food trends, and local ingredients
Oversee food preparation, stock control, ordering, and cost management
Ensure all kitchen operations meet hygiene and safety regulations
Train, mentor, and develop junior chefs and kitchen staff
Work collaboratively with front-of-house and management teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Head Chef or strong Senior Sous Chef in a high-volume kitchen
Creativity and passion for delivering excellent food
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
Solid understanding of food safety, hygiene standards, and cost control
Food Hygiene Level 3 (or willingness to obtain)
Eligible to work in the UK or Channel Islands
