We are seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead one of Randalls’ flagship high-end restaurants. This role is suited to an experienced hospitality leader with a deep understanding of premium dining, refined service standards, and commercial performance.
The successful candidate will take full ownership of the restaurant’s operation, leading both front-of-house and management teams to deliver an outstanding guest experience while maintaining strong financial and operational control.
The RoleAs General Manager, you will be accountable for the overall performance of the restaurant, ensuring excellence across service, people, brand, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire front-of-house, bar, and management teams to deliver exceptional, consistent service
Set and maintain high standards aligned with a premium dining experience
Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure food, service, and atmosphere are seamlessly aligned
Take full responsibility for financial performance, including revenue, labour control, GP, and cost management
Recruit, train, coach and develop high-performing teams and future leaders
Manage reservations, guest relations, complaints, and VIP experiences with professionalism and discretion
Ensure full compliance with licensing, health & safety, and company policies
Represent the restaurant brand confidently within the business and the wider hospitality community
Proven experience as a General Manager or Senior Restaurant Manager in a high-end or premium dining environment
Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering results
Exceptional leadership, communication and people-management skills
Highly guest-focused with an eye for detail and service finesse
Calm, confident and decisive under pressure
Passionate about hospitality, food, wine and creating memorable experiences
