You’ll play a key role in maintaining high standards of food preparation and presentation while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen.

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef looking to step up
• A passion for fresh, seasonal cooking and high-quality food
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to perform well under pressure in a busy kitchen environment
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to consistency
• Food Hygiene Level 2 (or willingness to obtain)
• Eligible to work in the UK or Channel Islands
