We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Porter to join one of our busy kitchen teams within the group.
This is a fantastic opportunity to start or develop your career in hospitality. You will play a vital role in keeping our kitchens clean, safe, and running smoothly behind the scenes, supporting our chefs to deliver exceptional food to our guests.
Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain Cleanliness: Ensure all kitchen areas, floors, surfaces, and equipment are kept impeccably clean and hygienic throughout the shift.
Wash Up: Efficiently operate and manage the pot wash area, ensuring crockery, cutlery, pots, and pans are thoroughly washed and ready for use.
Kitchen Support: Assist chefs with basic, foundational food preparation tasks as required.
Stock & Waste Management: Help manage general kitchen waste, recycling, and basic stock organization.
Safety & Compliance: Follow all health, safety, food hygiene, and COSHH regulations at all times.
Previous experience in a kitchen or cleaning role is welcomed, but a positive, hardworking attitude is more important—full training is provided!
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and a team-player mentality.
High standards of personal hygiene and attention to detail.
Eligible to work in the UK or Channel Islands.
Competitive hourly rate with share of tips.
