Part Time Receptionist

We are an independent, boutique family run hotel set in the beautiful Hertfordshire Countryside. We are recruiting for a part time Receptionist to join our busy team, the ideal candidate will be organised, quick thinking and have a friendly and welcoming manner, will need to be a good problem solver and able to prioritise workloads. this role will be for 15-17 hours a week - over 3/4 days and will include weekends, with the earliest start time of 7am and the latest finish time of 8pm.

Receptionist - what's involved?

• Meeting and Greeting guests
• Checking hotel guests in and out giving excellent standards of customer service
• Answering calls from the main switchboard
• Taking reservations & dealing with email enquiries
• Driving guests to and from Kingsbridge House 

Receptionist - Who are we looking for?

• Previous experience in a customer facing role is a must, experience as a hotel receptionist will be an advantage.
• All applicants must have a flexible approach to their work and be willing to work the hours required of the business.
• An excellent standard of presentation is essential.
• Successful applicants will work a variety of shifts.
• Someone who can be part of a team that works hard, supports each other and has fun along the way.
• Must hold a UK Driving License.
