As our Bar Supervisor, you will lead the Bar team to deliver an exceptional standard of service, creating excellent guest relations and exceeding expectations wherever possible. Our guests will feel welcome, comfortable, and well attended to at all times, providing an experience that they will want to repeat time and time again! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for day to day beverage operations.

Using your previous Supervisory experience in a Food & Beverage environment, you will be a great communicator, confidently engaging with our guests and team alike. Your positive and proactive ‘can do’ approach to work will inspire others and create an environment that encourages the team to be the best they can be.

You will demonstrate your passion for delivering genuine hospitality, sharing your thorough product knowledge and enthusiasm to excel with the rest of the team. As Bar Supervisor, you will consistently demonstrate your ability to remain level-headed, with a smile on your face, regardless of how busy the day has been.

You will have our guests at the forefront of your mind at all times, ensuring a genuine, personal and outstanding experience is delivered on every occasion. Alongside being an excellent role model, you will have excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills, whilst remaining approachable and proactive.

Salary and Contract

This is a full-time permanent position based on a 45-hour working week including weekends and bank holidays.

In line with UK Immigration and Employment Law, only applicants eligible to live and work in the UK need apply. Proof of ID will be required in the form of a Passport, National Identity Card or Birth Certificate.
