The Role...

Restaurant RenMor is our recently renovated 150 seat dining room, serving breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner daily. We routinely welcome 200 guests a day through the door, and strive to deliver warm, hospitable and exceptional service to everyone.

Assisting our Restaurant Manager with the leadership and co-ordination of services, along with formal & private dining, form the foundation of the role. We are looking for a passionate and focused Assistant Restaurant Manager who can assist in delivering exceptional standards of guest satisfaction. You will be able to demonstrate skills in leading and developing a team and a passion for 5* service all whilst delivering extraordinary experiences.

Our ideal candidate will...

• Have experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or similar role within a luxury/fine dining establishment.
• Demonstrate capability of planning, directing, and executing through other large events, conferences, occasion dinners & weddings.
• Have strong product knowledge in wine and spirits.
• Have excellent organisational skills of self and others.
• Be pro-active and good at problem solving, with the ability to manage staff ratios and deliver consistent standards.
• Set and communicate realistic yet stretching goals in partnership with our Restaurant Manager.
• Ensure an exemplary restaurant service is delivered without fail to a 5-star standard.
• Thrive under pressure in an unpredictable environment.

Salary and Contract... 

This is a permanent, full time position based on 45 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7 including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
