Administrator

We’re looking for retail admin assistants to join our fast-growing online shop team. You will be responsible for all administration duties for our online shop. 

You'll play a key role ensuring that all customer orders are accurately processed and manifested, with special customer orders and requests being carefully looked after to ensure every customer's expectations are fulfilled.   

You'll help us to ensure that our customers have an outstanding experience from their online order being made to the point of delivery and beyond, working in an organised and efficient manner. 

As our online shop business is fast-growing with order volumes changing from week to week, we welcome applications for full-time, part-time and flexible working (including zero hours if such an arrangement works for you) - just let us know what working arrangement you'd prefer when you apply. 


WHAT YOU’LL BE GETTING UP TO 

• Ensuring all orders are processed and manifested
• Ordering stock and picking
• Managing special requests and complementary products
• Managing a team of packers to ensure agreed standards are met
• Ordering packaging
• Ensuring orders are cleared on the system and processed through the till
• Updating weekly reports, liaising with Stein's at Home coordinators
• Liaising with our courier to ensure daily pick ups are fulfilled 
• Identifying opportunities for improvement
• Reviewing the online shop to update, add and remove products
