Assistant Manager/ GM in training

We are on the lookout for experienced Assistant Managers (or perhaps GMS from other parts of hospitality) to join one of our pubs as an assistant manager with a view to developing them towards General Manager.  70% of our General Manager appointments are internal candidates, and we have a fantastic track record of helping people grow throughout their career.

We're looking for people who have experience in hospitality at Assistant Manager level or above to work in our individual, differentiated businesses across london.  You can have real impact on the business - all of our menus are written in house and the offer is tailored entirely to each pub's customers - we have AA rosette pubs, late night venues with DJs, community pubs - where the offer, the food, the drinks, the uniforms, the cocktails, the styles of service are all completely different. 

You'll be someone that thinks big (and small), can spot opportunities to raise the bar and be passionate about developing yourself towards General Manager and having a long career in hospitality.

We are looking for a motivated & experienced Assistant Manager to join and lead our team in our stylish, food focused pub. As the successful Assistant Manager you will have a genuine passion for exceptional customer service and a pro-active approach to team management. You will be enthusiastic & driven to continue the success of our pub and play a pivotal part in training our team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers.  You will also be someone who is committed to their career in hospitality and we can offer ongoing development to support you as you grow and succeed with us.
