Restaurant Supervisor
- Pay - £12 per hour (£24,960 per year for a 40 hour week)
- Plus up to £6,000 per year in tips (paid weekly, based on last years earnings), giving total potential earnings of £30,960 per year.
- Flexible shifts with part and full time options including 4 day week

We’re looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to join our friendly Front of House team in our Fish and Chip Shop on South Quay, Padstow, working alongside our wonderful Restaurant General Manager, Laura.
What you’ll be getting up to
- Making our guests smile
- Training and supporting a team of waiters / waitresses
- Ensuring the shift runs smoothly and our team are happy
You’ll need to have worked in a similar role before, and be ready to pass on your knowledge and enthusiasm to other team members.

Our Story
Rick and Jill Stein started our family run business back in 1975, and today we employ over 600 happy staff. The business has grown from the first flagship Seafood Restaurant in Padstow to 10 restaurants across the south of England, plus hotel rooms, cookery school, shops and an online shop. Rick and Jill are still heavily involved in the business, as are their three sons Ed, Jack and Charlie.

Stein’s Fish & Chips in Padstow boasts both a restaurant and takeaway, located on the beautiful North Cornwall coast overlooking the Camel Estuary. You’ll find a menu of cod and haddock together with a large range of local fish like hake, lemon sole, Cornish scallops and bass which is often landed right here on our doorstep in Padstow.
