The Ideal Candidate:

• We are looking for a an individual who is passionate about drinks and customer service with excellent organisational skills including stock management.
• Knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wines and beers is essential.
• We want someone with natural charisma, who will extend warmth to guests and colleagues. You should have experience working in a similar role for a high volume restaurant.
