We are looking for a strong, well seasoned junior sous chef to support the Senior sous and head chef across, two restaurants, two kitchens and multiple menus, that run from to late night events.
Pushing for fine dining upstairs in the 180 seater restaurant and small plates and charcutier & cheese boards down stairs in the Pontoon bar!
Think 3 state of the are art dry ages, a Japanese BBQ, Whole animals, in house butchery & fish mongery, making everything in house and a dedicated team that who love pushing forward everyday.

Must have experience already as a junior sous chef or above in a high volume restaurant.
Base hourly pay of £13.50 - £16.00 per hour depending on experience, weekly pay.
Plus 100% share of of the weekly tips on top!!!!
