Citadines City Centre Liverpool is looking for a confident and experienced Assistant Residence Manager to join our team and play a key role in the smooth running of our day-to-day operations. Working closely with the management team, you will help lead our teams, deliver an exceptional guest experience and contribute to the overall success of the property.

An Assistant Residence Manager will be responsible for:

  • Living the Citadines brand, inspiring, motivating and leading the team
  • Ensuring high standards and compliance across key focus areas, including service standards, financial performance and property maintenance
  • Supporting and actively contributing to guest feedback management, using feedback to continuously improve the guest experience
  • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business, including Revenue, Sales, Finance, HR and Reservations, with the aim of achieving occupancy targets, desired rates, service standards and financial compliance
  • Encouraging innovation and inspiring the team to find new ways to enhance the guest experience
  • Leading from the front in day-to-day operations, getting involved in all areas of the business and working a variety of shifts throughout the week
To be successful in the role of Assistant Residence Manager, we require:

  • A background in Hospitality is desired
  • Experience in F&B management
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Head of Department (HOD) role is essential
  • Strong communication, people management and leadership skills
  • Knowledge and experience of Property Management Systems
