Roberta’s is looking for experienced, energetic servers to join our team! 

Roberta’s opened in 2008 and helped pave the way for the borough's food scene offering Internationally recognized Neapolitan wood-fired pizzas, house-made pastas and other creative dishes focusing on the best the growing season has to offer.  Alongside our talented culinary team, we feature scratch cocktails, a world-class natural wine list, and a selection of rotating seasonal beer.

Description:

The ideal candidate has a genuine passion for hospitality. The right candidate must be

energetic and comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a determination to provide

guests with a memorable experience. The candidate must have extensive experience working with natural wine and craft beer. Any serious candidate should also bring an intense love of food, dining, and the crazy world of hospitality in NYC. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to learn and grow, while working alongside other passionate hospitality professionals. No drama, and positive vibes only please.

Qualifications:

● Commitment to hospitality - must possess people skills and strong interpersonal

skills.

● Maintain an understanding of the proper steps of service. Consistently execute

service with efficiency and grace while maintaining a sense of urgency

● Anticipate guest needs and create strong guest relationships. Guest recognition is

critical to success.

● Contribute to a warm and exciting environment for all guests to enjoy.

● Stay current on all F&B offerings and service standards

● Demonstrate an extensive working knowledge of our wine and beverage program 

● Maintain a positive working relationship with others by promoting Healthy

teamwork

● 2+ years of serving experience in a relaxed upscale restaurant

● Candidates must have a flexible schedule and be able to lift 50lbs. Roberta’s is open for lunch and dinner

service, 7 days a week. We are looking for a full-time server.
