We have an exciting opportunity to join us as our Maintenance Manager. In this key role, you will take responsibility for the effective management of all engineering and maintenance operations across our hotel, ensuring it is maintained to the highest standards.

The Role    

You will be:

·       Leading and managing engineering and maintenance operations across our hotel 

·       Ensuring compliance with health and safety and fire legislation, legal and brand standards

·       Driving sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives

·       Managing maintenance contracts and overseeing preventive maintenance and reporting

·       Carrying out regular property inspections, identifying maintenance requirements and ensuring any issues are addressed promptly

·       Providing hands-on technical support when required, taking a proactive approach to resolving maintenance issues

·       Working collaboratively with other departments to minimise disruption to our guests and ensuring the smooth running of the operation

 What do you need to apply?

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager with in-depth knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing), building fabric, plant equipment and general building maintenance. You will have previous experience managing maintenance operations, ideally within a hotel or hospitality environment, together with having a strong understanding of health and safety legislation, fire safety and building regulations. You will have excellent organisational, planning and problem-solving skills alongside having a proactive, solutions-focused approach.  Above all, you will take pride in maintaining high standards, ensuring that all maintenance activities, repairs and improvements are carried out with the guest experience central to everything you do.
