Rok is looking for an experienced, professional Server to join our front of house team. This is an opportunity to work in a fast paced, premium restaurant environment where exceptional food, drinks, and service are at the heart of everything we do.

We are looking for someone who genuinely loves hospitality and understands what great service looks and feels like. You'll be confident guiding guests through menus, building rapport with customers, and delivering memorable dining experiences with attention to detail and genuine warmth.

• Previous experience in a quality restaurant environment
• Strong food and wine knowledge (or a desire to learn)
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• High standards of personal presentation
• A positive, team focused attitude
• Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences

• Welcoming and looking after guests throughout their visit
• Taking food and drink orders confidently and accurately
• Making recommendations and upselling where appropriate
• Ensuring tables are maintained to the highest standards
• Working closely with the kitchen and bar teams
• Contributing to the smooth running of service
