We are currently recruiting for an In Room Dining Head Waiter/ ess for our 5 Star Luxury Hotel The Londoner.
Overview:
As In Room Dining Head Waiter, you will be involved in achieving the revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction goals for the In-Room Dining operation at The Londoner.
You will ensure that all orders are taken accurately and delivered to guest rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
You will ensure that the In Room Dining service area is kept clean and tidy at all times.
The role of In-Room Dining Head Waiter is responsible for supporting the team to ensure both customer and staff satisfaction is achieved in a motivated and cohesive environment.
About You:
Current knowledge of food and beverage and In-room dining within a high end 4 or 5 star hotel environment.
Excellent communication skills with both the team and guests
Has the ability to demonstrate personal ownership of tasks and will ensure completion to achieve the required results.
Standards driven with a focus on attention to detail and impeccable service delivery.
