We are currently recruiting for a Night Manager to look after the Front of House Night Operations at our 5 Star May Fair Hotel, A Radisson Collection Hotel.
Overview:
An amazing opportunity to join the team in Front of House at The May Fair as a Night Manager.
As a Night Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the night operation ensuring a high level of service is delivered at all times.
You will ensure that the FOH team follows all correct reception and night audit procedures as per company brand standards.
You will ensure that all accommodation postings are correct and that all back up procedures are implemented.
As Night Manager your role will be to ensure you lead the night team to establish a highly motivated and winning team.
Of paramount importance, you will ensure night security and guest safety is maintained at all times during the night operation.
About You:
A proven track record of overseeing a busy reception at night or hotel duty management experience is required.
Previous experience of IT applications including Opera, Office 365, Guest Plus.
Demonstrates excellent leadership skills, attention to detail and customer service skills.
Impeccable command of English language both written and spoken.
