We are currently recruiting for a Night Luggage Porter to join our Front of House team at our 5-Star May Fair Hotel, A Radisson Luxury Collection Hotel.

 Overview: 

  • The role of  Night Luggage Porter is responsible for creating 100% guest satisfaction by working with the reception team and providing guest services during the night.
  • You will assist guests with luggage throughout their stay. 
  • As a Luggage Porter you will respond to customer enquiries, either at the desk or when dealing with a guest request in the room.
  • You will assist guests to get in and out of their vehicles, deliver phone messages, mail or packages, flowers, etc. to guest rooms. 

About You: 
  • Customer Service experience within a hospitality environment, preferably hotels. 
  • Local area knowledge. 
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written. 
  • Has the ability to demonstrate personal ownership of tasks and follow through to get the required results. 
  • Effective Team player. 
  • Fluent in English.
