We are currently recruiting for a Night Luggage Porter to join our Front of House team at our 5-Star May Fair Hotel, A Radisson Luxury Collection Hotel.
Overview:
- The role of Night Luggage Porter is responsible for creating 100% guest satisfaction by working with the reception team and providing guest services during the night.
- You will assist guests with luggage throughout their stay.
- As a Luggage Porter you will respond to customer enquiries, either at the desk or when dealing with a guest request in the room.
- You will assist guests to get in and out of their vehicles, deliver phone messages, mail or packages, flowers, etc. to guest rooms.
About You:
- Customer Service experience within a hospitality environment, preferably hotels.
- Local area knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
- Has the ability to demonstrate personal ownership of tasks and follow through to get the required results.
- Effective Team player.
- Fluent in English.
