We are a renowned 5-star luxury hotel in the heart of London, celebrated for our personalised guest experience, impeccable service standards, and warm, refined hospitality. We are now seeking an experienced Reception Manager to lead our Front Office team and ensure every guest receives a seamless, memorable stay.

Overview: 

  • Oversee the day‑to‑day operation of the Reception and Front Desk teams.
  • Ensure a flawless guest journey, from check‑in to check‑out, maintaining the highest luxury service standards.
  • Lead, train, schedule, and motivate our Front Office Team.
  • Resolve guest queries and complaints with professionalism, discretion, and grace.
  • Collaborate closely with Housekeeping, Concierge, Reservations, and F&B to ensure seamless communication and guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor performance KPIs, guest feedback, and service quality scores, implementing improvements where needed.
  • Manage billing processes, VIP arrivals, and special requests with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Uphold brand values and ensure compliance with all hotel policies and procedures.

About You: 

  • Proven experience as a Reception Manager or Assistant Reception Manager in a luxury 4 or 5‑star hotel.
  • A natural leader with strong people‑management and coaching skills.
  • Warm, polished, and confident in guest-facing situations.
  • Exceptional communication and organisational abilities.
  • Expert knowledge of Opera PMS (or similar).
  • Calm under pressure, solutions‑focused, and committed to outstanding hospitality.
  • Ability to inspire a team to consistently exceed expectations.
