Joining as a Supervisor, you will have an instant community, where you can huddle round with the friendly locals, whilst they enjoy a well-cared for pint of beer at the bar, or guide them into the homely restaurant for a relaxed family lunch.  The Rose and Crown is well-known for delicious dinners in a cosy nook, a few pints of Young’s Original in the covered garden, hearty breakfasts, and late-night chinwags with loved ones.

If you are the successful candidate, you will be lucky to work the Wimbledon Tennis Championships! We are the heart of Wimbledon Village, where everyone knows that we show our guests the best time during the two weeks and more. The tennis will be broadcasted, along with live music and lots of drinks to be poured, why would you want to miss out?  

Working alongside Young’s first ever landlady Nicky – plus pub dog Freddy – we are ready to welcome you to join Wimbledon's best pub and to Wimbledon’s best dog-friendly pub with rooms!

As the successful Supervisor, you will have a passion to deliver exceptional customer service every time and be able to build rapport with our customers and our team to continue the success of our pub. You will be passionate about training our team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers and also be a responsible key holder to be able to lead shifts safely and effectively. You will also be someone who is committed to their career in hospitality and we can offer ongoing development to support you as you grow and succeed with us.
