Just a short stroll from the world-famous All England Tennis Championships, we come alive during the tennis season, offering an unbeatable atmosphere for locals and visitors alike.

Our traditional, cosy pub features a beautiful sun terrace with bifold doors, perfect for year-round enjoyment, and we also boast 13  bedrooms, making us a destination as well as a local favourite.

We’re looking for a passionate and driven Assistant Manager to join our team and help lead from the front.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the pub
• Delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable guest experiences
• Leading, motivating, and developing the team
• Driving standards across the bar, floor, and accommodation
• Playing a key role during busy periods, especially the tennis championships

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in hospitality
• A hands-on, positive attitude with strong leadership skills
• A genuine love for pubs, people, and community
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
