Rosemary's is looking for a General Manager! PLUS we are offering a SIGNING BONUS!

The General Manager at Rosemary's is responsible for overseeing daily operations and achieving consistent quality standards. The GM will manage the development of the FOH facility, FOH operating systems and FOH team and create a successful working relationship with BOH and Casa Nela teams. The GM is responsible for accomplishing business goals through a culture of leadership, hospitality, positive guest and staff experience and fiscal achievement.

Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities:
o Operations – create and manage systems to ensure the restaurant is organized to achieve consistently high operating standards
o Legal Compliance – implement and execute systems to ensure the business is operating in compliance with all local, state and federal laws
o Financial Performance – implement and execute expense control and cash management systems required to achieve business budgets
o Marketing & Events – work closely with the Marketing and Events teams to adhere to brand standards and maximize sales
o Human Resources – oversee recruitment, training, development, and managing performance evaluations, employee relations and benefits
o Facilities – manage the facility to improve longevity of furniture, fixtures and equipment, reduce expenses and achieve quality standards

Requirements:

Education:
1. College degree or equivalent experience
2. Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently

Experience / Background:
1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a comparable position
2. Professional appearance, excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Physical Abilities:
1. Ability to do each of the hourly FOH employees job functions
2. Ability to communicate well and maintain positive interpersonal relations with co-workers and guests
3. Ability to bend, lift and carry trays, cases or bins of ice weighing up to 45 pounds
4. Ability to use all equipment in the restaurant
5. Ability to remain standing for extended periods
6. Ability to remain flexible, to accommodate special and unplanned situations
