In 2016, opened in the heart of New York City’s Flatiron District — between Union Square and Madison Square Park.<br>From heritage breed whole birds to decadent egg desserts, our modern French bistro is a tribute to American farmers and local terroir.<br><br>Chef meets with each farmer to get to know their poultry raising practices before they are used for our menu. We work closely with our farms to ensure all of our birds are raised the old-fashioned way, from small family farms who respect their animals and provide them with wholesome diets and a healthy lifestyle.
