Joining our independently owned and 5–star hotel as an Executive Sous Chef, you
will help build a supportive and social place, where we can all be at our best
whilst receiving the following happiness perks:
As the Executive Sous Chef, you will play an integral part with the
Executive Head Chef, in the creation of new menus throughout the hotel’s
F&B outlets and events, ensuring the food quality and presentation is of a
5-star standard, you will have attention to detail and driven by imagination,
local knowledge, leading and developing a multi-cultural team. You will be
playing a hands on role in the kitchens and maintaining high visibility with
colleagues as well as leading, supporting, inspiring & mentoring a great
team of chefs. As Executive Sous Chef
you will support daily Kitchen management relating to; administration, financial
performance, controlling costs, rotas & payroll, dealing with suppliers and
working closely with the rest of the management team.
You will support a high performance feedback culture at all levels within the
kitchen, allowing the team to contribute to the success of the business and
recognising their individual contributions will form a major part of your role.
