As Pastry CDP, you will be working within the Pastry Kitchen and report directly to the Executive Chef and Restaurant Head Chef 

You will ensure the quality and presentation of the food served from Pastry kitchens are of the highest standard at all times. To ensure the smooth running of the Pastry operation, maintain and enhance service to guests and maximize profit at all times. To ensure that all areas of the hotel and working to the highest food safety levels at all times.

Essential for our Pastry CDP:

- Formal college training with proven qualifications

- Minimum 1-year rosette standard experience

- 40 hours per week 

-  Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and bank holidays if required

 

Royal Lancaster London is based at Lancaster Terrace, London W2 2TY and the closest tube station is Lancaster gate on the central line underground.
