We are currently looking for a passionate Payroll Manager, to join our finance department on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to join us in consistently delivering memorable moments and five-star service to our guests and each other. As a Payroll Manager, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:

·         Review, verify and process payroll data according to Royal Lancaster policies and procedures and applicable legislations.

·         Assist Management Accountant in performing analytical reviews of weak or under-performing areas within the operation with a view to achieving increased profitability.

·         To keep up to date with payroll legislation. (Tax code, NI Letter, Student loan National Minimum Wage, etc.)

·         Prepare and submit Payroll intercompany invoices on a monthly basis.

·         To ensure HMRC payment reconciliation is completed for tax year-end.

·         Monitor Pension Auto Enrolment OPT IN and OPT OUT information.

·         To keep precise Income Tax and National Insurance records for each employee.

You will be required to work such hours as are necessary to fulfil their duties and in any event not less than 40 hours.
