About the Role

As Breakfast Manager, you will oversee the full breakfast operation, ensuring impeccable service, seamless coordination, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere for every guest. You will lead and inspire the breakfast team, uphold high service standards, and ensure that each morning reflects both The Langham’s heritage and Sale e Pepe’s iconic Italian hospitality.

 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the breakfast service to consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Maintain a strong and engaging presence on the floor to ensure smooth flow of service
• Supervise, train, and motivate the breakfast team to uphold brand standards
• Anticipate guest needs, manage requests professionally, and build rapport with regulars
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate service
• Oversee opening procedures, morning checklists, and service readiness
• Monitor stock levels of breakfast items and communicate needs with management
• Uphold health & safety regulations, cleanliness standards, and company policies
• Support guest relations and handle service recovery where necessary
• Contribute to creating a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Breakfast Manager, Supervisor, or similar role in a premium or high-volume restaurant or hotel
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team
• A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to remain calm, proactive, and efficient during busy service periods
• Impeccable presentation and professionalism
• Flexibility to work early morning shifts, including weekends
• Proof of right to work / settled or pre-settled status in the UK
