We are now seeking a talented and driven Senior Chef de Partie to join our opening team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced chef to play a key role in the launch of one of London’s most anticipated restaurant openings and to contribute to a high-level Mediterranean kitchen.
About the RoleAs Senior Chef de Partie, you will take ownership of your section, delivering consistently high standards while supporting the Sous Chefs and Executive Chef in the smooth running of the kitchen. You will act as a role model within the brigade, helping to maintain discipline, quality, and efficiency across service.
This role suits a confident, technically strong Chef de Partie ready to take on additional responsibility in a premium dining environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesTake full responsibility for your assigned section, ensuring consistency and excellence during service
Prepare and execute dishes in line with the restaurant’s coastal Italian concept and quality standards
Support Sous Chefs with daily kitchen operations and service organisation
Maintain exceptional standards of food quality, presentation, and flavour
Lead by example, supporting and guiding junior chefs and commis
Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards are strictly followed
Manage mise en place efficiently to meet the demands of a busy, high-end service
Assist with stock control, ordering, and waste reduction within your section
Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service across all dayparts

Requirements
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie in a premium or luxury hospitality environment
Strong technical cooking skills, ideally with experience in Italian or Mediterranean cuisine
Confidence running a section independently in a high-pressure kitchen
A positive, professional attitude and strong team ethic
Excellent attention to detail and consistency
Good communication skills and a willingness to support and mentor junior team members
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-end restaurant environment
Proof of right to work / settled or pre-settled status in the UK
