We are seeking an outstanding Head Bartender to join our team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with strong mixology skills, polished service standards, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.

About the Role

As Head Bartender, you will help lead the bar operation across all services, ensuring consistency, quality, and smooth day-to-day running. Working closely with the Bar Manager and front-of-house team, you will support the team, maintain high bar standards, and deliver a sophisticated and engaging guest experience.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Head Bartender or Senior Bartender in a premium, fast-paced hospitality environment
Strong cocktail, wine, and spirits knowledge
Excellent attention to detail and consistency
Ability to lead, motivate, and support a team
Warm, confident, and professional guest service
Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
Ability to uphold service, cleanliness, and bar standards
Proof of right to work / pre-settled or settled status in the UK
